Yogurt parfait in a glass

In a Pinch Purple Parfait

What you’ll need:

  • ½ cup Unsweetened plain yogurt
  • 1 Cerebelly Beet Carrot Blueberry or Cerebelly Purple Carrot Blueberry
  • 3 Tbsp flaked bran cereal (or any low-sugar cereal you have)
  • ½ cup Frozen blueberries (or any frozen fruit you have)
  •

Directions:

  1. Defrost frozen fruit in a microwaveable bowl, ‘just until’ defrosted, but not warm. You want them to still be cold. If you’ve heated too much, put them in the fridge for a few minutes. Even better if you can defrost them in the fridge the night before.
  2. In a clear cup or bowl (so you can see the food through it), begin layering your parfait in this order:
    • Yogurt
    • Cerebelly Beet Carrot Blueberry puree
    • Sprinkle of cereal
    • Spoonful of defrosted fruit
  3. Repeat all layers one more time.
  4.
