Rest Time: 4 hours or Overnight
Heres what you’ll need:
- 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill® Organic Protein Oats
- 1 cup Oat milk, or milk of choice
- 1 medium Apple, diced
- ½ cup Whole milk greek yogurt, or non-Dairy yogurt of choice
- 1 Tbsp. Maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
- ½ tsp. Ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch Kosher salt
- Toppings: Chopped pecans, ground cinnamon and maple syrup
Here’s How You’ll make ’em:
- Combine all ingredients in container of choice.
- Mix until well distributed.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Add toppings and enjoy!
