Customers with a Sprouts account may place a catering order on our
website or app. If you do not have a Sprouts account, please call or visit a participating Sprouts location.

Our bulk gift card program is available to registered businesses, agencies and nonprofit organizations.
Online gift card orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Our standard shipping method is regular U.S. stamped mail and cannot be tracked. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. If you haven’t received your gift card within the allotted timeframe, please call Gift Card Services at 866-204-4830.
Shipping Options:
FREE – U.S. stamped mail (7-10 business days, plus 1-2 business days processing)
$25.00 – FedEx Overnight (Plus 1-2 business days processing)
Gift cards may be redeemed at any Sprouts location except for the two stores in Chula Vista, CA.
All gift card transactions are final. If you want to increase the gift card value, a new transaction will be required.
Sprouts gift cards never expire. After 12 months of inactivity, as of the date of purchase, a service fee may be charged against any remaining balance, except where prohibited by law.
Return the item to your local Sprouts and a team member will be happy to assist you with a refund or replacement. If you no longer have the product, please bring your receipt to the store for further assistance.
At Sprouts, we define “local” as made or produced in the state or within 500 miles.
