Is there a limit to how many points I can redeem?


There is no limit to how many points you can redeem! For every 1,000 points you earn, you’ll get a $2 reward on your next purchase of eligible products in markets where Sprouts Rewards is available.

How do I redeem points toward a purchase?


Don’t worry, we’ll do it all for you! Points will automatically be converted to a reward that will be applied to your next purchase of eligible items at a participating Sprouts Farmers Markets. Just scan your member ID barcode or enter your phone number at checkout. Points will be exchanged in 1,000-point increments of $2:

  • 1,000 points = $2 reward
  • 2,000 points = $4 reward
  • 3,000 points = $6 reward
  • 4,000 points = $8 reward
  • 5,000 points = $10 reward
The coupon amount will be printed on your receipt, and you’ll be able to see a redemption transaction on your Sprouts Rewards account page under “Recent Transactions.” If you are subscribed to communications from Sprouts, you will also receive a communication confirming the redemption.

Oh no! I forgot to scan my barcode at checkout. Can I apply the purchase to my account later?


Life’s busy – we get it. Please contact us within 72 hours of your transaction and a customer care team member will be glad to assist you.

You will need to provide the receipt ID for online purchases. For in-store purchases, you will need to provide the point of sale ID, transaction ID, and date.

At this time, points will only be earned and redeemed at our Sprouts Rewards store locations including Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and/or Tucson, Arizona. . You will not earn points on your purchase if you do not enter the correct phone number associated with your account or scan your barcode at checkout.
