What payment methods can I use?


Sprouts requires your first order to be paid by check, ACH or wire. Thereafter, Sprouts accepts payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express), check, ACH and wire for bulk gift card purchases. Payment must be received before a gift card order is shipped. Orders paid for by a check, ACH or wire payment will remain pending until payment has been received and deposited. Purchasers will receive an email stating that the payment has been approved and again when the shipment is sent. Once we have been notified the funds have cleared, we will approve and release your order. For any questions, please contact [email protected].

What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?


Sprouts does not replace any lost or stolen gift cards unless your online order was not received. If your order was lost or stolen during shipment, please contact us at [email protected]. Sprouts only honors gift cards sold in our stores or on sprouts.com. Gift cards obtained through third-party entities cannot be guaranteed by Sprouts. Gift cards obtained through fraudulent means will not be honored or reimbursed. To report any fraudulent activity or to get transaction history, please contact us.

Can I pick up my gift cards at a store?


Gift cards purchased online cannot be sent to any Sprouts location for pickup at this time. Gift cards may be purchased in-store at any Sprouts location apart from the stores in Chula Vista, CA.
