How do I unsubscribe from the email list?


If you no longer wish to receive email correspondence from Sprouts, simply click the “Unsubscribe” link located at either the top or bottom of one of our emails. Alternatively, you may update your email preferences in the Sprouts app or on sprouts.com. To do this, switch your email interest to “No” in the “Lifestyle & Notification Preferences” section of your profile.

How do I redeem digital coupons?


We’re proud to offer guests with a Sprouts account more than $100 in savings each month with exclusive promotions and digital coupons. Please log in to your Sprouts account to begin.
Redeeming digital coupons in-store:
On sprouts.com, visit shop.sprouts.com/store/sprouts/pages/in-store-deals to view available coupons. On the Sprouts app, click the Coupons button. Click the green “Clip” button. After picking up your items in-store, scan your “Sprouts app barcode” at checkout to redeem your clipped coupon(s). Your unique barcode can be found on the Sprouts app by clicking the three bars at the bottom of the app and then clicking “Sprouts Rewards” or at sprouts.com/barcode/.
Redeeming digital coupons online:
Visit shop.sprouts.com/store/sprouts/pages/in-store-deals to view available coupons. On the Sprouts app, click the Coupons button. Click the green ”Clip” button to add the coupon to your account. Any products with a clipped offer that meet the coupon requirements will receive the discount during your online checkout.

Who do I contact to provide feedback on or receive assistance with Sprouts.com or the Sprouts app?


If you experience technical difficulties with sprouts.com or the Sprouts app, please connect with us here. Please make sure to provide us with a detailed account of the issue as well as the following information:
  • Your “Barcode” number
  • A screenshot of the issue, if possible
  • On mobile: Include your phone model and operating system (iOS or Android)
  • On desktop: Include your web browser and version
  • Include if you are in pickup, delivery or shopping list mode

Which devices are compatible with the Sprouts app?


The Sprouts app is compatible with devices that meet the following criteria:
  • Apple iPhone 6s/iPhone SE or above running iOS 15.0 or higher
  • Android devices running Android 8.0 or higher
The Sprouts app will update itself on most devices. Users can manually update the app by visiting the Apple and Android app stores. Once in the app store, search for “Sprouts Farmers Market” in the update section and select “Update.” The app will include all the latest features when it is relaunched. If your phone model and operating system do not meet these criteria, you can still enjoy all our enhanced features on sprouts.com in your mobile web browser.

Can I scan a product barcode on the app?


Definitely! You can find the barcode scanner icon in the right-hand corner of the search bar when you tap on it. Once the product’s barcode is scanned successfully, detailed information will appear on your screen, including a list of ingredients, nutrition information, and any digital coupons currently available.
