Availability for delivery begins as early as 8am and is subject to Sprouts’ operating hours, including special hours for holidays.
You may add delivery instructions during checkout. Useful information to share in the delivery instructions may include: parking location, security or gate codes, and any other specific directions that may help the driver locate your address.
We offer curbside pickup and delivery in all stores. To determine if your zip code is included within our delivery area, please
click here. Make sure to log into your Sprouts account if you haven’t already and ensure that you have your preferred store location selected.
In-store prices and promotions, such as our Vitamin and Body Care, 72 hour sales and BOGO sales are generally reflected on shop.sprouts.com. Certain exclusions may apply and further details can be found within the Terms and Conditions of our promotions. Select coupons may also be redeemed through our online shopping experience.
Online product selection is displayed based on the store you have assigned to your account. Selection may vary by store. If you would like to order something you can’t find online but have seen in store, your shopper may still be able to pick it up for you. Once your shopper starts shopping, you can message them with a special request.
To report an issue, click the SMS link sent to your cell phone after an order is complete or go to your orders receipt page. Click “Report an Issue.” This link will be available for four days after your order is complete. You can also reach out directly to Instacart’s support line at 1-888-246-7822 for 24/7 support.
Please ensure that you are browsing in Shopping List mode. Search for a product or click on a Department button to browse available products by category. Click the green “ADD TO LIST” button under an item to add it to your Shopping List. You can view or make changes to your list at any time by clicking on the pencil and paper icon.
To remove a single item from your Shopping List on
shop.sprouts.com, click on the “X” button to the left of the item. On the Sprouts app, click on the trash can icon next to the item to remove it. To clear your entire Shopping List, select “Empty List.”
To keep up with all the sales and promotions featured in our Weekly Specials Emails and/or Monthly Deals Email log in to your Sprouts account on sprouts.com. Navigate to your “Account Settings” and select “Manage your account and personal information”. Opt-in under “Send special deals, exclusive Sprouts content and offers via email” and “Send special deals, exclusive Sprouts content and offers via text”, then click “Submit.”
