The Sprouts Bounce Back Offer is designed to reward you for shopping with us over two weeks. Here’s how it works:

So, just shop as required, and once you’ve met the terms, you’ll enjoy a special discount on your next trip! No worries! If you didn’t get your barcode or if the Text to Join (TTJ) journey seems to be stuck, simply text “STOP” to clear the session and start fresh. This usually resolves the issue! How do I know the status of email coupons?
Some offers have specific thresholds or minimums to meet requirements for redemption, you might be wondering if you qualified to receive coupon. We will send updates via the weekly ad email on Tuesdays if you met criteria for offer and if coupon is available. It will also print out on your receipt.
How do I redeem emailed coupons?
One benefit of a Sprouts account is the opportunity to receive special offers via email each month. If you receive a direct offer via email, SMS, or Push notification you simply need to enter your phone number or scan your card at checkout in store to redeem. If you would like to use it at shop.sprouts.com, you need to be logged into your account and the discount will apply at checkout. Please note, you will not see these coupons as available inside your Sprouts account, but they are loaded to your account and will automatically apply within offer period if steps are followed.
How do I reset my password?
Visit the sign-in page on the app or in a web browser and select “Forgot Password”. A verification code will be emailed to enter and reset your password. If you do not receive the email with the verification code, check your spam/junk folder.

How do I view my past in-store purchases?
All your online purchases will be displayed in “Your Orders.” We are working to bring back in-store purchase history as well.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points will expire on a rolling 6-month basis. All points earned in the current month will expire on the 1st day of the 7th month.
Example: Customer earns points in the month of December 2024, all points earned in December will expire on July 1st, 2025.
