Meatballs with Red Pepper and Sage
1/2 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 pound ground beef
1 egg white
2 Tbsp. fresh sage, chopped
1/4 cup red pepper, diced fine
2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated
Salt & pepper to taste
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 15-20 minutes, Serves 6
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes and mix with the rest of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Roll into tablespoon-sized balls and bake on a baking sheet at 375°F for 15-20 minutes.
