Angie's Meatball Grinders


Serves 8
Ingredients
1 lb. ground round beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground veal
2 Lg. eggs
1 cup. Semolina italian bread cubed and dampened with (h20) but be careful they need to be damp not soaking!
1 cup. chopped flat leaf parsley
1/2c. grated romano cheese
1 rnd tblsp.chopped garlic (crushed) if desired and if you are a garlic lover don't be afraid to make it 2 tblsp
Directions
Salt and pepper to taste but easy on the salt as there is alot of salt in the cheese already.
Make sure to wash your hands well this is were it gets fun and a little dirty- Place all in large mixing bowl and have funmix very well,using a small icecream scoop take one scoop at a time pat a couple of times don't pack it in there this is the time where less is more. Either place them on a cookie sheet for baking or drop right in red sauce, either way they are going to be great if cooking in sauce they need a few hours if baking (400)for 45min...
Note:
Be sensible and use all lean meats and always drain fat after baking meatballs
